Maike Laska
Maike Laska studied economics and sociology in Konstanz and earned her Master of Science degree in entrepreneurship and innovation management in Oxford. She gained initial work experience in Zurich, Sydney and Riyadh, among other places, founded a company in the field of occupational health and safety on the side and initially worked for a management consultancy, where she advised BMW on the market launch of the i3.

Through her involvement with occupational health and safety, Maike recognized the innovation and digitalization potential of this industry at an early stage. She was convinced that modern, effective and customer-centric occupational health and safety could not be achieved through pure SaaS offerings, but only through a fully integrated combination of contemporary service with digital products.
To implement this strategy, she established a partnership with a digital health provider and developed Argumed into the digital market leader in Germany within a few years. To do this, she focused on process optimization, standardization and automation, introduced new tools, expanded the service offering and developed the digital product portfolio.

After the divestment of the German business, Maike decided to break new ground and help other companies to successfully follow their path to innovation and digitization.

Maike is a passionate innovator. She places great value on involving employees in change processes, dealing empathetically with initial resistance and overcoming it through persuasion. In her consulting work, she considers both specific problems and the overall context, taking into account the interactions and side effects. She is regularly requested as an industry expert.

In addition to her professional activities, she devotes herself to horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking and the continuous acquisition of knowledge.
Philipp Dornbach
Dr. Philipp Dornbach studied law in Bonn and earned his doctorate in corporate law. Later, he completed courses of an Executive MBA program at the University of St. Gallen. Philipp gained initial work experience in Washington D.C., New York and Shanghai, among other places, before starting his career as a corporate lawyer at Hengeler Mueller, where he gained extensive experience in national and international mergers and acquisitions as well as in corporate and capital markets law.
He then switched to the entrepreneurial side and built up the German business for a Canadian healthcare company. To this end, he established a joint venture with a leading hospital operator, CE-certified and marketed a triage tool, and acquired an occupational health and safety company, which he transformed into a digital market leader together with its founder, Maike Laska. To do this, he relied on data collection and automation, new tools especially in the go-to-market area, recurring revenue, and thus increased sales fivefold within three years.

After selling the German business, Philipp decided to return to consulting and support companies during similar innovation, expansion and digitalization phases.
​
Philipp is characterized by his ability to analyze complex challenges and tasks from different angles, intuitively grasp the essentials, derive concrete measures and support their implementation in a structured manner. Permanent improvements and simplifications drive him.

In addition to his professional activities, he devotes himself to music, boxing and is interested in personal development.
